If the image also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture then you can use {{GFDL}} to release it under the GFDL. Please not not remove Yugoslavia as a place of birth to anyone whom you know well was born inside the country. If you wish to add Bosnia and Herzegovina, or Croatia, then do so without removing Yugoslavia. I may remind you that removal of factual information of any kind is regarded as vandalism and removing defunct states from peoples birth (ie. Hi, you've been adding information to the Education in Bosnia and Herzegovina article which are clearly Original Research and/or completely unreferenced. I have removed them. However, if you persist in filling the article with this type of personal commentary/opinions rather than facts (which I'm sure there is much to find) the article will become prime candidate for deletion. Four editors do not want the Papi photo as the lead, and there is general consensus they don't want it on the page. Since you aren't a new editor, any further placement of the photo on the page without gaining some sort of consensus on the Talk page will be seen as WP:Vandalism and disruptive, and you will be blocked.
