Eduardo Villanueva Manalo, (born October 31, 1955) colloquially known as "Ka Eddie" and "Eddie Boy", is the INC's current Deputy Executive Minister. He is the grandson of Felix Manalo and is the son of Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) Executive Minister Erano G. Manalo.

He was born to Erano G. Manalo and Cristina Villanueva. He is an active amateur radio enthusiast and ran a local radio frequency bulletin board service at a time when Internet access in the Philippines was practically non-existent.

He is said to have been instrumental in the founding of an organization within the INC called The Association of Christians in Information Technology(AsCII), an organization consisting of INC members in the Information Technology field who perform computer-related assistance to the church.

According to newspaper accounts, and as published in Armando Doronilla's "The Fall of Joseph Estrada: The Inside Story," Eduardo Manalo, representing the church, figured in the May 1, 2001 rebellion plot against the government of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Police estimate that INC members accounted for two thirds of those that marched to EDSA (Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue) to protest the arrest of the previously ousted President, Joseph Ejercito Estrada . No charges were filed against him, or against INC, although it is believed that Arroyo held secret negotiations with the INC, known for bloc voting, to support the majority of her party's candidates for Senator.

In February 2004, when running for re-election, President Arroyo and her campaign manager, Michael Defensor, paid a "courtesy call" on Eduardo Manalo . This appears to have paid off when INC came out in support of the incumbent's campaign in early May. "We would like to thank all our brothers in the Iglesia Ni Cristo, particularly Ka Erdie and Ka Eduardo, for the support..." said Defensor in a television news interview. Arroyo went on to win the election, in which the INC bloc vote was probably the determining factor.
