It has been suggested that this article be merged into Scouting in Fife. (Discuss) Proposed since August 2007.

The Bridges Network is a Scout Network group based in West Fife, Scotland. It was founded on the 19th August 2007, after the idea was proposed by a couple of explorer leaders. The idea was taking forward by a group of 6 founding members, these as of 21st August 2007 were voted into the first ever Committee group, who would start up the network. The committee consists of a President, Tresuarer, Secetary, Events Secetary, PR Officer, and Liaisons Officer. It was decided that they would set up a network group serving predominently Rosyth District, in which the values of modern day scouting were kept intact. The name was chosen due to the close proximty to the Forth Rail Bridge and the Forth Road Bridge.

Location

The group is based in the garden city of Rosyth, Fife. Although based in Rosyth, the group meet outside of Rosyth- often to take part in joint camps or adventurous activities.

Committee

The Committee consists of a President, Tresuarer, Secetary, Events Secetary, PR Officer, and Liaisons Officer. The members holding these positions are yet to be confirmed.

Websites

The network being so modern, has a Bebo, Myspace and a Facebook site. As well as the official website, currently under construction.
