For the Interpol song, see Slow Hands."Slow Hand" is a country-styled pop ballad by the Pointer Sisters, released in the spring of 1981 on the Planet Records label. The song gave the Pointers one of their biggest successful releases as the song hit number two on the pop singles chart and became a top ten hit in other countries.
The song would be covered in 1982 by country singer Conway Twitty. His version topped the Billboard magazine Hot Country Singles chart for two weeks that June, and was his last multi-week No. 1 song.
