Oscar Ricardo Sanchez was born in Havana, Cuba in 1964. his mother was a house wife and his Father was a construction worker and an artist. they did not have a lot of money and depended on welfare. When his parents separated, Oscar had to quit college and work to help support his mother and sister. His first job was at the Carillon Hotel as a bell boy. He carried luggage for people who sat in the back seat of limousines. This made Oscar upset because there were no differences between these people and him. Meanwhile, Oscar prayed to God for Prosperity among other things. His next job was at Forte's supermarket bagging groceries, cleaning floors and scrubbing toilets after hours. In his final job, he worked himself up from a part-time clerk at Miami Beach Senior High School to an administrator for Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Finally, God answered his prayers. God gave Oscar the will power to save money and the wisdom he needed to purchase his first building. Oscar confesses that it was not his work or money that helped him purchase his buildings. If that was the case, then everyone would own buildings and retire at an early age. It was God who gave Oscar the strength, the wisdom, and lifted him up when he wanted to quit. To God he gives all the thanks and glory. Oscar praises and worships God daily. Oscar retired from Miami-Dade County Public Schools at the age of 37. Oscar could tell you many stories of answered prayers including when the doctors told him to get a priest because his father was not going to survive complications from a diabetic seizer. Oscar prayed To God not to take his father at that time because he wasn't ready for his father's death. Oscar needed his father. Oscar prayed his heart out to God. The next day, his father was normal and wanted to know why he was in the hospital. There were other prayers that were not answered. However, Oscar knows that his faith was not strong enough for those prayers to be answered. His mother's death was one of those prayers. Oscar prayed, However, when ever a doctor called from the hospital, Oscar trembled with fear. That was a clear sign that his faith was weak. His heart, and eyes weakened his faith. God said "for we walk by faith not by sight". 2 Corinthians 5:7. Jesus said not to doubt, but to believe. Mark 11:23. The rest of his story, well, that's for a book.

Currently

Oscar is the president of his own corporation, Sanchez Enterprise Investments Corporation. He is married to Mercedes Sanchez and they have three children. Oscar is writing a book on his life and the steps he took in purchasing his buildings.
