Naveen Jain is a serial entrepreneur and his latst venture is Intelius, Inc., an information commerce company he founded in January of 2003. Naveen Jain brings to Intelius a critical vision of integrating intelligent, predictive information for making important everyday decisions. Intelius’ services include background checks, pre-employment screening, criminal checks and an award-winning identity theft prevention service. Naveen has a visionary perspective on the future of the Internet and on the ways the Web and technology can deliver information that can revolutionize the way consumers and businesses make decisions and mitigate risk.

Throughout the course of his career, Naveen Jain has been recognized numerous times for his vision and business acumen. He has received the Ernst &Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, was named one of the Top 20 Entrepreneurs by Red Herring, one of the “6 People Who Will Change the Net” by Information Week and was recognized as Albert Einstein Technology Medal Winner. Jain is actively engaged in philanthropic activities.

Naveen Jain is involved in and contributes to an assortment of organizations relating to children, education and solving hunger, including United Way, Children’s Hospital, the University of Washington and CRY India. Previous to Intelius, Jain launched InfoSpace (March 1996), taking the company public on the Nasdaq National Market and driving 24 acquisitions. Previous to InfoSpace, he served as a senior executive at Microsoft Corporation (June 1989 to March 1996).

Naveen Jain also holds patents for several innovative technologies related to operating systems and applications. He currently resides in Bellevue with his wife, Anu Jain, and three children.
