Soujouk(Sucuk) is a food that is present in many non-Western cultures. It is similar to salami in some ways; it consists of meat, with various spices including cumin, salt, and pepper, made into salami shape and allowed to dry for several weeks. It can be very spicy, but it's not as spicy as your usual hot food.

Soujouk(Sucuk) is food that needs to be eaten cooked. The traditional style is to cut it in slices and cook it without adding any oil. Eggs are complementary to soujouk and are believed to be a delicacy.
