Regretfully, the trouser fall down and are run over by a motorcycle and then by a tractor. Humiliated, Nurse Gladys has to lend a pair of her trousers to Arkwright to attend the wedding.
Notes
At the opening scene, Granville is writing at the shop's window, Arkwright's newest offer: Cat food, from 29 and a half pence to 28 pence. Alas, Arkwright thinks that it is too much, and decides to set the price at 29 pence, with a whopping half penny discount.
After Arkwright has read a newspaper, he irons it to put it again for sale.
This episode shows another one of Arkwright's customers, Mr Bristow, who gets trapped inside his motorcycle helmet. Arkwright and Granville decide to use an axe to free him.
