'Comedy' David Lloyd Vitty, born April 24th 1974, Hong Kong, is officially the writer for the Chris Moyles radio show broadcast on Radio 1 in the United Kingdom, although 'sidekick to Moyles' is a good description of his secondary role.

David fell into his role kind of by accident - he studied Radio Production at college, but never had any ambitions to be 'on air'. Whilst working as a 'tech op' at Radio One he met Chris Moyles.

He used to live in Hong Kong, and occasionaly worked as a DJ. He supports Everton FC and comes from Warrington, Cheshire. Dave married Emma Pontefract at the Tudor Barn close to Burnham Beeches on August 23rd 2003.
