Out Of Our Heads is The Rolling Stones' fifth album, released in the United States during July 1965 by London/Decca Records (a subcorporation of Polygram, which is now ABKCO Records). The album was released in the United Kingdom two months later and featured a different track listing.

In August 2002 this album was reissued in a new remastered and SACD digipak by ABKCO with the rest of their Decca/London catalog, originally released in the 1960s and early 1970s.

It is number 114 on the List of Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.
