Please do not add inappropriate external links to Misplaced Pages, as you did in Latin Kings. Misplaced Pages is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Misplaced Pages. Thank you. --Nlu (talk) 14:11, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

Welcome to Misplaced Pages. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Latin Kings. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you vandalize Misplaced Pages, you will be blocked from editing. Jonathan § 00:21, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

I think the above "last warning" was posted in error, since I believe it was in response to edits at Latin Kings and that the user had previously posted an explanation of the deletions at Talk:Latin Kings.

Chicagofacts, I'm sorry for the frustrating experience you're having. While people shouldn't jump to conclusions that you're vandalising, you can also reduce the chance of this happening by putting an edit summary e.g. "see talk" so they'll notice that you've posted an explanation on the talk page. --Coppertwig (talk) 13:23, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours in accordance with Misplaced Pages's blocking policy for vandalism. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. Gwernol 01:29, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
