Re your messages: The article was deleted because he does not currently meet the notability guidelines for actors for inclusion on Misplaced Pages. Merely having an IMDB entry does not make one notable. The IMDB entry is very slim with a single appearance on a magic show. The claimed acting credits on the Misplaced Pages page does not match the IMDB entry. Additionally, the movies themselves not listed in IMDB. Therefore, his is not currently notable enough. Perhaps in the future he will be notable enough, if his career takes off and he acts in several notable productions.
As for Sdowney83's methodology of deleting the article, that is a separate issue and has been dealt with accordingly. Even if Sdowney83 did not do what he/she did, Josh Costell's status as a notable actor would not have changed. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 06:27, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- Re your message: When the films are completed, he might be notable enough for Misplaced Pages depending upon the size of the roles and if the films themselves are notable. As I mentioned in my previous entry, merely being in IMDB does not confer notability. See Misplaced Pages:Notability (people)#Entertainers and Misplaced Pages:Notability (films) for details. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 00:29, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
