Pawan Kalyan is a popular Telugu actor and brother of actor Chiranjeevi. He is popularly nicknamed Powerstar. He acted in many hit movies like Tholi prema, Thammudu, Kushi,Suswagatham etc. He also directed a movie named Johnny, his next film is titled Bangaram to be released in September 2005.

Pawan is said to have his own distinct style of acting from the first film that he had done. he had a series of super hits in a row. He also directed his own movie "johnny" which had a distinct hollywood style direction with never before seen picturization.
