Peter Evrard is the winner of the first season of the Belgian Pop Idol contest called Idool 2003.

Evrard defied the traditional rules of the Idols series by singing punk rock music instead of the expected pop. Regardless, he managed to win the series, and in 2003 he placed third overall in the World Idol contest.
