Cosmo & Wanda are fictional characters appearing in the American cartoon The Fairly Oddparents. In the series, Cosmo is voiced by Daran Norris and Wanda is voiced by Susan Blakeslee. Cosmo and Wanda are the married fairy godparents of Timmy Turner, the main character on the show. Cosmo and Wanda are also the secondary protagonists and titular characters on the show.

Character

Cosmo

Cosmo is Timmy's fairy godfather. He’s no brain surgeon, but he means well and he sure is funny. His magic wand has been known to invite mayhem into the life of his latest assignment -- Timmy Turner.

Wanda

Wanda is a real whiz with a wand and she knows when to get down to business -- most of the time, anyway when Cosmo and Timmy are totally lost, they both turn to Wanda for wisdom. Luckily, she usually has half a clue.
