Jock Stein / Jim Torbett Scandal

I am surprised that this does not even make a mention in the article. Surely the act of covering up child abuse is deplorable and is at least worth a mention. I remember seeing this quote in the Daily Record at the time:

  • "There was always talk around Celtic about Torbett and boys, but nothing seemed to be done until Jock Stein found out. He kicked Torbett out, but it was still kept quiet.
