Properly creating 2nd nomination for User:The-15th, who improperly (but in good faith) re-opened the earlier discussion with the following rationale: "The article has been created again with the same redundancy as the last time. The genre DOESN'T EXIST, but the person who created the article again doesn't seem to understand anything about it. Delete." I am neutral on this.
