Declan Ganley established and is president of Libertas. Libertas is a small Irish group, which is campaigning for a 'no' vote to the Treaty of Lisbon referendum being held in Ireland in 2008. Ganley is a multi-millionaire businessman. He is also Chairman and CEO of Rivada Networks, a US defence contractor.
