Stein Huysegems, born June 16, 1982 is a Belgian striker currently playing for Dutch Eredivisie side FC Twente. He has represented the Belgium national football team twice in 2004.
Career
He started his career at Belgian club Lierse SK, and has also played for AZ and Feyenoord. Huysegems contract is currently expiring in the summer of 2008. A move to Aberdeen FC did not materialise after initial talks. The Aberdeen manager was quoted as saying the player reminded him of Vit Valenta and is far too good to be playing for Aberdeen.
