Reference library request - Mechademia 1 for magical girls

Hi Nihonjoe, I was hoping you could please look up for me in Mechademia 1 "Metamorphosis of the Japanese Girl: The Girl, the Hyper-Girl, and the Fighting Beauty" by Mari Kotani, as I'm hoping it mentions Sailor Moon (although if it doesn't, I'd still try and incorporate the information into other articles) - again, of course, at your convenience and leisure. Deepest apologies. I'm more than willing to oblige. It's an extremely rare thing that I edit someone else's userspace (with the exception of User:NoSeptember's admin project); I was merely adding the members of WP:HAU to the required category to ensure that HAU's online/offline mechanism works correctly. The comment I removed is my own. As Cardinal Raven. I was getting ready for bed and I removed my comment I didn't feel like logging in for something like that. I knew my question wasn't something for the reference desk. It was just my emotional response.

This user, 198.85.213.1 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log), is not listening and reverting edits again. I've already reminded him about edit warring, but it seems does not listen, he again reverted valid reverts on Makie Sasaki and especially Mobile Suit Gundam SEED: The Movie. He's getting on everybody's nerves now. Clearly WP:BRD will never work with this editor. You can also take a look his reverts at Chachamaru Karakuri and Evangeline A.K. McDowell.

I hope regardless of whether you are aware of the subjects of the two articles or not, you will do something about this. This user's edits are now becoming desctrutive. I've already tried WP:AN/I, but so far, it has gotten no response.

Steve Lavin

I am a friend of Steve Lavin's and I have been posting a picture of him on his page, Steve_Lavin, but the image keeps getting removed. I have been given permission by Mr. Lavin to use this picutre for this site. I was wondering what I would need to do to make sure his image is not deleted. Also, in the past couple of months, there has been a lot of changes made to his page by users who are using personal comments or vandilism. If you have permission from him, and he owns the copyright to the image, then you need to have him write to the Wikimedia Foundation at permissions-en@wikimedia.org. He will need to release the image under the GFDL and/or under a Creative Commons license acceptable to the foundation. ···日本穣 02:19, 20 May 2008 (UTC)

I found you through Wikiproject Japan. I was wondering if you knew someone who maybe could adopt User:Electric Japan. I don't speak Japanese, and he doesn't speak English very well. WP:HAU

Hello yet again. I regretfully inform you that the bot we were using to update the user status at Misplaced Pages:Highly Active Users, SoxBot V, was blocked for its constant updating. With this bot out of operation, a patch is in the works. Until that patch is reviewed and accepted by the developers, some options have been presented to use as workarounds: 1) Qui monobook (not available in Internet Explorer); 2) User:Hersfold/StatusTemplate; 3) Manually updating User:StatusBot/Status/USERNAME; or 4) Not worry about it and wait for the patch to go through, which hopefully won't take long. Blade of the Phantom Master

You've edited the article, so I come to here your help. I think you already saw the dispute and WP:RFC at the page, but I don't know why you're calm on this. ocn.ne.jp ISP user(s) has vandalised the manhwa article earlier several times and keeps removing Korean mention in the lead at Blade of the Phantom Master along with the banned Azukimonaka (talk · contribs). The article originally mentioned the Korean manhwa, not manga until last June. Besides, an obvious sock of the anon appeared at the article as User:Jazz81089 after his long break 8 months, so I need your input on this. Thanks. --Appletrees (talk) 21:22, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
