Who am I?

Hello there, I'm Milonica. My real name is Justin, but don't tell anyone. Currently I am a student at the University of Utah majoring in Film Studies. My major may be Film Studies, but I also have an interest in Astronomy as well. Currently, I am stressed over a senior project film about UFOs and the FBI with an emphasis on how the government can screw up and produce conspiracies. Its fun as heck but time consuming.

As far as Misplaced Pages goes, I love correcting grammar errors and fixing little problems. I also like including/updating any articles relating to the radio industry, whether it be radio stations or information concerning radio or how it works. Warning to vandals, I am extremely against vandalism on Misplaced Pages. I will not hesitate to revert blatant vandalism and if its persistent, you will be blocked. This includes IP vandals and user vandals.

I am a big fan of Call of Duty 4 (and Call of Duty 2) in my free time, and love listening to music or watching films of all kinds.

I'm actually partial to documentary but I like action and adventure flicks the best. Back to The Future is my favorite series of films. I went to Los Angeles, California for the first time in April of 2008.

To be created

The following is a list of articles I'd eventually like to create, or help create. Once an article is created, I'll leave it up for a little while before taking it down and adding new items. This list is as of April, 2008. Obviously I will still be creating a large amount of radio station articles, but in the mean time, these are articles I really want to create (you can help me!).

• Template:Sheridan Radio- Mostly just Sheridan area radio stations template.
• Template:Gillette Radio- Stations in Gillette, Wyoming.
• Template:Riverton Radio- includes Lander radio stations as well.
• Farnsworth Peak - Located to the west of Salt Lake City, Utah in the Oquirrh Mountains. This is one of the largest radio transmitter sites in the US. I may soon be granted a rare opportunity to go to the summit, and will most certainly create a huge article on my finds.
• Nelson Peak - Directly south of Farnsworth, I may also get to go here one day, we'll see.
• West Mountain (Utah) - South of Provo, Utah, also used for broadcasting.
• Lake Mountain (Utah) - West of Provo, again, used for broadcasting.
• White Mountain (Wyoming) - Pretty significant mountain in Southwestern Wyoming. Pilot Butte (Wyoming) will be created at the same time.
• White Pine Ski Resort - Located in Pinedale, Wyoming. I've been there many times.
• Pine Creek Ski Area - Cokeville, Wyoming
• Medicine Butte - Outside of Evanston, Wyoming.

To Expand

• CAM-D - It already has a lot of information, but also has a lot of bias as well. Top on my to do list.
• Ensign Peak - Another hill in the Salt Lake area that has significance with radio in Salt Lake City. Needs expanding and pictures.

• Call of Duty 4 - I absolutely love this game. My poor Compaq Presario computer dislikes it though.
• Call of Duty 2 - My computer loves this one.
• Starcraft - Don't play it so much any more.
• Sim City - 1, 2000, 3000 and 4 are all very good games.
• Call of Duty - Sooo old.
• Medal of Honor Allied Assault - Even older
• Civilization II - Not the oldest
• First Encounters - The oldest, circa 1995
• Simtower - Meh, its fun.

Music

My favorite band is The Moody Blues. Call me crazy, I don't care. I have a preference for 80s music, since I actually respect the decade I was born in.

Radio stations

In regards to radio, my favorite stations are:

• File:Milofm.gifMILOFM 101.9 - Heck, I own and operate the station, why wouldn't it be my favorite. :D
• KNRS 570 AM - Salt Lake City, Utah - Has Coast to Coast AM and a few other good programs, and isn't as annoying as KSL.
• KFI 640 AM - Los Angeles, California - The poor station has gone through a lot, but I love it.
• KENZ 101.9 FM - Ogden, Utah - The morning show is hilarious.
• KRSP 103.5 FM - Salt Lake City - Classic Rock never had a station so good.
• KTWO 1030 AM - Casper, Wyoming - The best station in Wyoming, despite it being country music.
• KRLD 1080 - Dallas, Texas - Mainly because of their jingle ID.
• KUGR 1490 AM - Green River, Wyoming - I worked here for two years. I was hired due to my unusually low and dare I say sexy voice. My boss told me "I have a good set of pipes."

Least favorite radio stations

The following are my least favorite radio stations, with decent reasons why...

• KSL 1160 AM - Salt Lake City - used to be on the list above, however now that they canned Michael Castner, and their HD signal blocks out a huge chunk of the AM dial, they have been dropped off my list of favorites. I don't foresee this station returning any time soon. Drop HD and get Castner back and I may change my mind. Cheap bastards.
• KANN 1120 AM - Roy, Utah - Because of this station's (non)directional signal, I, among other DXers can NOT hear Portland 1120.
• KSIT 99.7 FM - Rock Springs, Wyoming - Please get that drunk "Lushmoor" out of there and fix your damn audio!
• KWDZ 910 AM - Salt Lake City - The most annoying Radio Disney station in the United States. Why? HD Radio blows goats (on AM anyway)!
• KMRI, KBJA, KXOL, KOVO, KSVN - Salt Lake City metro area- I don't care if there is a large demand for this format, its annoying as hell. The stations listed <<< do not ID enough so its confusing to DXers like myself.
• KLLB 1510 AM - West Jordan, Utah - Honestly, what's the point of this format? Does anyone really listen to this station?
