- start Harvey Milk Institute, from mid 1990s to 2004 offered classes, events and programs for the LGBT community in San Francisco
- start Harvey Milk Civil Rights Academy, gradeschool in San Francisco's Castro District renamed for the politician in the 1990s
- start Adam Gay Video - Adam Gay Video Guide
- start For All Kids Foundation article
- start Lou Sullivan, first public FtM? ("Who was Lou Sullivan article")
- start RSVP Cruises, sold by Planet Out to Atlantis but is remaining independent? RSVP Vacations
- start Atlantis Events, the largest gay and lesbian tour operator
- start Red Jordan Arobateau (confirm spelling) authored many books
