Used to propose renaming of a category. The template displays the proper links and the recommended {{cfr2}} syntax for the next step.
Usage

- Used for single nominations. proposed new name is the proposed new name of the category.
{{subst:cfr|proposed new name|Cfd section name}}
- Used for group nominations. proposed new name is the proposed new name of the category.
