McCaul Street is a street in Toronto, Ontario, Canada that runs from Queen Street West to College Street. It was named after John McCaul, a prominent educator.

South of Dundas, the street contains the Ontario College of Art and Design, Art Gallery of Ontario and Jackman Hall, the temporary home of the Gardiner Museum Shop and School, Village by the Grange (a mixed use condominium and retail block), and the Department of Family & Community Medicine. North of Dundas is St. Patrick's Church, and residential property. This stretch is notable as it forms a distinct boundary between the backs of modern high-rise hospital towers facing University Avenue and close-spaced 19th century row-houses representing one of the oldest surviving neighbourhoods in the City west of Downtown.

Toronto Transit Commission streetcar tracks run down the length of the street. These are mostly used for short turning cars. Only a small portion of the track north of Queen Street is used in fare service on the 502 Downtowner service.

Chinatown sections of the street is translated as "麥盧歌街".
