"Hot in Herre" is a popular song and single performed by the hip-hop artist Nelly, and was released in 2002 on his 2002 album Nellyville. The song's producers were The Neptunes.
The song is still the entrance music of choice for Ray Lewis of the Baltimore Ravens during his flamboyant pregame dance. After every other Ravens' defensive player is introduced before a home game, the lights are dimmed in Ravens stadium, and Ray Lewis performs an approximately minute-long dance routine to "Hot in Herre." Lewis cocks his head back, sticks his chest out, and kicks his legs - a picture of power and pride.
The song gave him his first number one on the United States Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart.
The song was parodied by "Weird Al" Yankovic on the album Poodle Hat.
