Victoria Mill (east end of Narrow Lane near Besses)
Moss Lane works (SE of Whitefield Station)
Cotton Mill on Green Lane
  • Turnpike roads (Radcliffe New Road was one)
  • Whitefield station sidings
  • Trams (not metrolink) - one ran up Radcliffe New Road from Radcliffe
  • Cinemas - hard to believe now, but there were at least two
  • Sport - cricket ground south of All Saints Church, and Golf Course between south end of Stand Lane and Dales Lane. Its still there but reduced in size.
