Kurt Donald Cobain (1967-1994).

Lead singer of the grunge band Nirvana (together with Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic). He was married to Courtney Love (singer/guitarist with the band Hole), with whom he had a daughter Francis Bean Cobain. He had a pet lop-eared rabbit.

He commited suicide in 1994, aged 27, shooting himself in the face with a shotgun. His tragic death inspired a few copycat suicides and a host of conspiracy theories regarding his death.

Cobain is often credited with almost singlehandedly creating the Grunge Music movement.
