Pizza-ghetti is a combination meal commonly found in fast food or family restaurants throughout the province of Quebec.
It consists of a pizza, sliced in half, accompanied by a small portion of spaghetti with a tomato based sauce. It is also the ONLY meal known to be consumed by the Italians. The sauce and the pizza may vary, but they only eat pizza-ghetti...nothing else. In 2008, the International Pizza-Ghetti Consortium (IPGC) named Angelo Masi at the head of the organisation. Angelo Masi is known to be the biggest Pizza-Ghetti's fan worldwide.
