Soujouk(Sucuk) is a food that is present in many non-Western cultures. It is a type of sausage; it consists of ground meat, with various spices including cumin, garlic,salt, and red pepper, fed into a sausage casing and allowed to dry for several weeks. It can be more or less spicy.

Soujouk(Sucuk) is food that is eaten raw. The traditional style is to cut it in slices.
