Notability not established - no references, google of "Matt Lare + KOR provides nothing. Possible hoax. Omarcheeseboro (talk) 15:38, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
- Delete In all liklihood a hoax, was prodded, no references.Paste Let’s have a chat. 16:11, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
- Delete as hoax article. He retired at the age of 24 after wrestling in no fewer than 39 promotions, yet Googling "Matt Lare"+KOR earns zero non-Misplaced Pages hits (six total, four mirrors), and replacing "KOR" with "WWE" gives the same totals? He doesn't even register as a jobber! Three of the Facebook entries in this latter search starts with "what are the odds that matt lare is STILL pretending to work for WWE?" I think that says it all. 147.70.242.54 (talk) 18:12, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
- Ready for a laugh? From the article: ...went on to win the ECW TV championship from Rhyno to be the last one to ever hold the TV championship from the company. The official ECW web page and multiple reliable sources show Rhino (with an "i", not a "y") was the last ECW champion. Rhino/Rhyno had his name changed after WWE bought out ECW. 147.70.242.54 (talk) 18:19, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
- Delete as the person who seconded the prod with Sole contribution by User:1Wrestling (name is that of a wrestling web site associated with ECW). Google search of "Matt Lare" and KOR earn two Google hits - both Misplaced Pages. This is a hoax article - the last ECW television champion (and this is readily sourced several times over) was Rhyno, not KOR/Matt Lare. It is virtually impossible to "compete with.... over 35 independent companies" and retire at the age of 24. There's no "probable hoax" - it's an impossibility. - Delete I have not found any solid evidence that the Matt Lare of the type described in the article exists. Convinced, therefore, that this article is a hoax. Allventon (talk) 19:52, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
