Afghanistan-Czech Republic relations are foreign relations between Afghanistan and the Czech Republic. Afghanistan has an embassy in Prague. The Czech Republic has an embassy in Kabul.

The Czech Republic has sent 415 soldiers to contribute to the International Security Assistance Force.
