Estonia-Holy See relations are foreign relations between Estonia and the Holy See. The Holy See recognized Estonia for the first time on October 10, 1921, and re-recognized Estonia on August 28, 1991. Both countries re-established diplomatic relations on October 3, 1991.

Estonia is represented in the Vatican through a non resident ambassador a based in Tallinn (in the Foreign Ministry). The Holy See is represented in Estonia through its embassy in Vilnius (Lithuania).

In September 1993, Pope John Paul II visited Estonia.
