The Casino resort will have 3000 suites, 1,200,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, 1,600,000 square feet of retail, 550,000 square feet of casino space, and a total of 25,000 seats in venues for live entertainment. It will be owned by Las Vegas Sands.
Recently, Shangri-La Hotel management has announced it will open two hotels in the area; a 500-room 5-star Shangri-La Hotel and a 1000-room 4-star Traders Hotel. Both of which are slated to open for 2008.
