Soujouk(Sucuk) is a food that is present in many non-Western cultures. It is a type of sausage; it consists of ground meat, such as pork and/or beef, with various spices including cumin and salt, and fed into a sausage casing and allowed to dry for several weeks. It can be more or less spicy.

Soujouk(Sucuk) must be eaten raw. The traditional style is to cut it in into thin slices and it eat.
