Xerus is a proposed two person reusable suborbital spaceplane being proposed by XCOR Aerospace.
It will take off and lands like a normal aeroplane, and features a reusable rocket. It would climb to 100km, where a small period of weightlessness is felt before it re-enters the atmosphere.
Despite being developed mostly for space tourism it could also be used to deliver small satellites.
