Evangelos Natsis Georgiou (Template:Lang-el) was born in Asprogia (formerly known as Srebreno) in Florina prefecture, in 1876. He is also known as Strempeniotis or Capetan Vangelis.
In 1897 he took place, as a voluteer in the Greco-Turkish War (1897). In 1904, he was one of the first who begin the Macedonian Struggle. He co-operated with Germanos Karavangelis, who brought him in contact with volunteers that just arrived from Crete. He organized his own troop and caused many losses to Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organization (IMRO), with most important; the extermination of voivod Kirchev.
On 12 May 1904, returning from Monastiri, where he had faced IMRO troops, he was murdered in an ambush at Aetos, Florina prefecture.
