I'll assume that you removing my message means you've read it, although I note that you've yet to correct any of the points I made. Please note that for this to be successful, both both sides must want it to be - if you have no interest in being mentored, you'll probably be heading straight back to AN/I, and as mentioned they're not big on third chances.
Another request, btw - please stop moving your talkpage around. It buggers up the editing history and hides large sections of the talkpage history, which can't really be interpreted in any way other than "he's trying to hide all the warnings/AN/I threads/whatever".
