Nagendra Karri (born November 28, 1982) is an American film director, screen writer and producer who resides and works primarily in United States. His movies are primarily suspense thrillers and crime dramas. He is the founder of Eternal Mind Productions, an Independent film production company based in New york City in United States of America.

Karri received critical acclaim for his debut feature Where are you Sophia? which premiered in Marche Du Film Market in 2009 Cannes Film Festival. Nagendra Karri is a Computer Science graduate from Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon who gave up a six figure salary on Wall Street to go after his dream of movie making.

Karri's body of work addresses such themes as Jewish Russian Identity, RED Mafia, and the conceptual core of Organized crime in the present day world starting from the post-soviet era.

He was born in a middle class family in a remote coastal town in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. His next project is the $30 million Mobster due for release mid 2010.
