- Well, he could always participate under a new identity. As long as no one disruptive finds out we know arbcom looks the other way and effectively encourages that sort of thing. It's only the disclosure that's problematic. And you don't have to worry about telling them. They don't read their mail anyway.
- Just remember: it's not okay to disclose who you are and the truth about your past. Not if you want to contribute constructively. (That is unless you're an admin like Chillum, and then you can regularly use "alternate accounts" with no problem at all. Because his alternate accounts are totally different from socks.)
