Conrad Lawrence Goode (born January 19, 1962) is an American actor and former American football offensive lineman in the National Football League for the New York Giants and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Goode was born in Columbia, Missouri and attended David H. Hickman High School. At of 6'5" and 285 pounds, he played college football at the University of Missouri and was drafted by the Giants in the fourth round of the 1984 NFL Draft. Goode is the son of former St. Louis Cardinals football great Irv Goode and the stepson of former Mizzou All-American Conrad Hitschler. He would later became an actor, appearing in films such as The Longest Yard and Con Air. He also made an appearance on Saturday Night Live.
