Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya (Template:Lang-en) is a forthcoming Indian Tamil romance film written and directed by Gautham Menon, starring Silambarasan Rajendar and Trisha Krishnan in the lead roles. The film, which has music scored by Academy Award winner A. R. Rahman, teaming up with Menon and Silambarasan for the first time, is scheduled to release on 14 February 2010, coinciding with Valentines Day. The film is produced by Madan, Ganesh, Elred and Jayaraman and is remade in Telugu as Nuvvemi Maya Chesaavo Gaani starring Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead roles.

Production
Filming
The shooting started on February 14 and was held in several locations as Malta, Kerala, the Chennai and Rome. The songs of the film was shot in Malta at sets and choreographed by Flexi Stu, a very famous choreographer.
