The Battle of Zawichost (October 14, 1205) was fought between Prince of Novgorod, Volhynia, and Halych, Roman the Great, and Leszek I the White of Lesser Poland. The battle ended with the defeat and death of Roman the Great afetr he was ambushed by the Poles.
