Holy Cross Regional High School is a private high school in Surrey, British Columbia. It is under the charge of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Vancouver.

Robert Dejulius has served as principal since the high school opened in 1982. Stan Kazun has served as vice principal also since the opening.

Departments

Athletics

Athletic programs offered in Holy Cross include: Basketball, Volleyball, Track and Field, Soccer, Cross Country, Swimming, Golf, Tennis, Curling, and Dance Squad.

Sports events are held rarely at Holy Cross like the BC Catholic Basketball Championshipwhere the senior girls have won the girls division 4 years running.

Holy Cross's facilities include a full-sized wood floor gymnasium. They also include a track oval, and a football field. The track oval is open for public use.

Also, on the top of the school is an MMA gym open for grade 11 and 12 students under the supervision of P.E. teacher, Lance Hurtubise.

Music

The juno award winning instrumental program includes two jazz bands and three concert bands. There are some choirs too.

Science

Grade 11 and 12 courses include Advance Placement History, Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, and Physics.

Extracurricular Activities

Clubs serve a variety of purposes within the school. Holy Cross clubs include: Yearbook, Web Team,Student Council, Reverence for Life, and Graduation Committee, Chess Club, Abstinence for life, Students against Drugs Club, Cafeteria Duty Club, Uniform Police, Quantum Physics Club, Hall Monitor Club, Book Club, Animal Club, and Rap Battles.

As well, many Holy Cross Seniors take part in an annual Mission Trip. This trip brings the students to the Philippines where they work in Gawad Kalinga communities and help build homes for many underprivellaged families. They were the first school to ever come to the Philippines to help build homes.

Religious Education

Holy Cross provides mandatory religious education. The course curriculum is organized by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Vancouver.
