The $250 million project was announced in 2006 to be built on the site of yeast manufacturing plant, and planned to house apartments, office space and retail areas. Progress was slow, and the company heading the project went into receivership by the end of 2009. In 2010 receivers sold the development to Innovus Ltd, but the site still remains an unused excavated hole.
