Insurance Licensing Services of America, Inc. (ILSA) manages individual and corporate licensing with the Departments of Insurance in all 51 U.S. jurisdictions, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. ILSA was founded and is managed by President & CEO Arleen Taveras and Chief Operating Officer Ted Taveras.

ILSA services include corporate tax filing, individual licensing, corporate licensing and qualification, initial licensing, license renewals and reinstatement, and surplus lines tax filing. In May, 2010 ILSA released a Blackberry app that shows real-time license status information -- a follow up to its March, 2010 launch of a license status app for the iPhone.

ILSA is based in Limestone County, Groesbeck, Texas.
