Kidmat Tzvi (Template:Lang-he-n) is an Israeli settlement, moshava, in the central Golan Heights, under the administration of Israel. The settlement was built in 1981. It falls under the municipal jurisdiction of the Golan Regional Council.
Kidmat Tzvi is a moshav in the Northern District of Israel with a population of 375 people. Its economy is based on agriculture—pears and wine grapes. It has five boutique wineries which can produce up to 150,000 bottles yearly. Half of the adult population work as a teachers. In Kidmat Tzvi the attitude over education and ecological education is very strict. All of the citizens are secular Jewish.
In the village, there is a basketball court (most popular sport), soccer court, medic care, youth center, and municipal building.
The Golan Heights area was taken in 1967 by Israel from Syria in the Six Days War, and was captured again in 1973 during the Yom Kipur War. Under Syrian control, the area suffered from neglect, and everything had to be rebuilt when Israel regained control. Therefore, near Kidamt Zvi lies a poor and abandoned Syrian village. There is also evidence of a Jewish synagogue dating from around 500 B.C.
