It is owned by the City of Austin.

- Fayette Power Project- owns 50% of two units (Unit 1 and Unit 2) of this coal fired power plant, with the Lower Colorado River Authority.
- South Texas Project- owns 16% of this nuclear power plant
- Renewable Energy- purchases wind power and power generated through the burning of landfill gas.
