Frederick Roger Heron (born October 6, 1944 in Stockton, California, (died December 28, 2010 in San Luis Obisbo after becoming ill while on vacation, is a former professional American football defensive lineman in the National Football League. He played seven seasons for the St. Louis Cardinals.
