Ameer Ahlesunnat Maulana Mohammed Ilyas Attar Qadri is from Karachi, Pakistan.

He is the Ameer and founder of Dawate Islami. He is considered to be a very pious and religious man, with well over 5 million sunni murids. He is a strong sheikh of AhleSunnah. Although he has permission to initiate his murids in four lineages he gives Bai, (initiation) in the Qadiri Order . He is a strong follower of Imam Ahmed Raza Rehamtullah Ala'h of Bariely Sharif, UP, India.

Some people know him as Aashiq-e-Madina (lover of Madina), and usually referred to as "Hazrat Sahib" by his murids/associates.
