Dave Fitzgerald is a woodwind player who plays saxophones (soprano, alto, tenor), flutes, whistles and clarinet. He with Dave Bainbridge co-founded the influential Christian progressive and celtic folk themed band Iona. Now concentrates on Christian litergical music, teaching his subject at Norwich Cathedral School and elsewhere.

Musical Description

Woodwind player and song-writer Dave Bainbridge is co-founder of IONA. His own material has moved more towards the quieter, contemplative, litergical music.
